The following properties will be sold at PUBLIC AUCTION by the Treasurer of the Municipality of the District of Chester on Tuesday, the 14th of September, 2010 at the hour of 10:00 a.m. unless before the date of the sale the total amounts as indicated are paid in full. The Tax Sale will be held in the Municipal Building at 151 King Street, Chester, Nova Scotia.

 

TERMS OF THE SALE - Cash, Money Order, Bank Draft, Lawyer's Trust Cheque, Certified Cheque, or Debit Card (Not Credit Card) for the amount specified below at the time of the sale. Any excess to be paid similarly by 12:00 noon, the 17th day of September, 2010
