October 24, 2024: Clearing and grubbing continues on the east side of the abutment now that the west side is cleared. The contractor is preparing to remove the first timber trestle span on the west side.
October 21, 2025: It's happening! Work on the rehabilitation of Gold River Trail Bridge is underway. Contractors are working around the west abutment now followed by the east side later this week and into next. We will provide weekly updates as they come in along with expected projected timelines. We will also post updates to our website under News and in future newsletters. Please note that the bridge area is a construction site, so please practice safety and keep away from the area.
