Municipal Planning Advisory Committee Meeting

There will be a meeting of the Municipal Planning Advisory Committee on Wednesday, July 16, 2025 at 6:00 p.m.

Agenda items include: 

1. Staff report and draft Amending Development Agreement for lands known as PID#60408820 (Highway 14 at the Municipal boundary -wind facility design changes:

• Maximum Height of 215 metres than 207 metres
• Maximum generating capacity of MW rather than 12 MW
• Maximum 1 turbine rather than 2

     2.  Any other planning matters

Meetings are held in Chester Municipal Council Chambers, 151 King Street, Chester.
