In the matter of the Municipal Government Act and the Municipality of Chester

TAKE NOTICE THAT on January 15, 2026 Chester Municipal Council approved a Development Agreement with ARW Development Ltd. For Rum Runners Lane, Barkhouse Road located in Martins Point (PID 60664818) to build 11 single unit dwellings in addition to the existing 5 structures on the 24.6-acre lot.

This decision of Council can be appealed to the Nova Scotia Utility and Review Board (phone 1-902-424-4448) by any aggrieved person, by the Provincial Director of Planning, or by the Council of an adjacent Municipality within fourteen (14) days after the date of the publication of this notice.
