Village Planning Advisory Committee Meeting

There will be a meeting of the Village of Chester Planning Advisory Committee on Tuesday, March 10, 2026, at 3:00 p.m.

Agenda items include:

1. Consideration of a staff report and draft amendments to the Village of Chester Secondary Planning Strategy and Land Use By-law to permit commercial uses in the Institutional Area and Zone at the Chester historical train station lands (PID# 60738093) as requested by the Chester Municipal Heritage Society (landowner).
2. Any other planning matters.

The Meeting is to be held in Chester Municipal Council Chambers, 151 King Street, Chester.
